Kelsey is a paralegal for Cairncross & Hempelmann’s Litigation team. She has worked in the legal industry for over a decade and supports the team by offering an extensive legal skill set and a proficiency in managing large caseloads.

Kelsey specializes in eDiscovery and supports the team by developing efficient workflows for all aspects of discovery, including data preservation, collection, and processing; negotiating search terms, custodians, and ESI agreements; document review, quality control, and production; curating complex searches for targeted review; and preparing for depositions, hearings, and trial. At the forefront of innovation, Kelsey leads her team in leveraging Technology Assisted Review (TAR) and Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) to streamline document review in an ethical way to increase efficiency and generate cost savings to our clients. Her commitment is evident through her Everlaw AI product certification, received in 2023, and her extensive experience in data operations and analytics. She has also testified at trial in an expert capacity on eDiscovery, further underscoring her knowledge and experience.
