Attorney
As a member of the CH& Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights practice team, Steve assists small and mid-sized business clients in Chapter 11 Sub-chapter V, receiverships, contract negotiation, lease negotiation, and if necessary, wind down. His practice includes bankruptcy law, debt settlement, and loss mitigation. His experience also includes negotiating business contracts and debt, managing real estate litigation and immigration cases, as well as mediation and foreclosure defense and prosecutions.
Steve has worked on over one thousand bankruptcies and knows both sides of the process, having represented both banks, businesses and individuals. He advises clients with the development of strategic planning to implement and achieve the best possible outcomes for them and their businesses.
