As a member of the CH& Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights practice team, Ryan assists businesses and individuals with commercial bankruptcy and related legal matters. Outside of commercial bankruptcy, Ryan has a wide range of experience, including a variety of transactions involving capital raising, aviation sales and leasing, and mergers & acquisition. Ryan was born and raised in Alaska, has his private pilot’s license and a bush plane for weekend adventures, and worked his way through law school commercial fishing out in Bristol Bay.

- In his spare time, Ryan enjoys flying his airplane (Cessna 170B), skiing, mountain biking, surfing, and watching the Seattle Seahawks and Detroit Red Wings.
- Ryan believes in giving back to the community and has volunteered countless hours at Habitat for Humanity and Challenge Alaska.
