Henry J. Avery

As a member of the CH& Litigation practice group, Henry represents corporate and individual clients in state and federal courts in all stages of litigation and alternative dispute resolution.  His experience at small firms in Seattle included representation of consumers, tribal governments, employees, unions, and small businesses in complex and class action litigation, including in antitrust, mass torts, wage and hour, and consumer protection matters in state and federal courts throughout the United States.

Personal

  • While growing up in Georgia, Henry contributed over 3,000 hours of community service working with children and adults with developmental disabilities at Civitan International’s Camp Big Heart as a cabin counselor, activity leader, and assistant director.
  • Outside of the office, Henry enjoys playing softball, exploring the North Cascades, and cheering on the Sounders with his family.
