CH& Supports The Pastry Project

This quarter, CH& supports The Pastry Project through our Charitable Giving Program.

The Pastry Project is a social enterprise and community space providing free baking and pastry training to individuals with barriers to education and employment in the industry.  The training program provides job skills training, soft skills practice and job placement assistance to participants.  Their hiring partner program includes Molly Moon’s Homemade Ice Cream, Hood Famous Bakeshop, Macrina Bakery, PCC Community Markets, Le Pichet, and more.  They fund free 14-week training programs through donations, subscriptions, classes, events and incubator residences for small businesses.  Please visit The Pastry Project website to learn more!
