Cairncross & Hempelmann attorney Randall Olsen moderates Bisnow’s “Transit-Oriented Development (“TOD”) Update”.  This virtual event includes a lively discussion with panelists Kristin Ryan (barrientos RYAN), Lauren Flemister (City of Seattle), and Thatcher Imboden (Sound Transit).
