CH& Attorney Lindsey Pflugrath Moderates Bisnow Webinar “Seattle, Retail and Coronavirus”

Cairncross & Hempelmann attorney Lindsey Pflugrath will moderate and participate in the Bisnow Seattle Webinar panel discussion on “Seattle, Retail, AND Coronavirus: What Retailers Have Been Hardest Hit, How Can Owners Bounce Back,” taking place on April 15, 2020.

The webinar aims to bring together the regions retailers and explore how owners can recover as quickly as possible from the economic slowdown. The organizers hope to bring back a sense of normalcy by offering the chance to gather with other industry members, and while there won’t be any shaking of hands or exchanging of business cards, the webinar will provide a forum to discuss topics that are at the top of everyone’s mind. Industry leaders Alesha Shemwell (Kemper Freeman), Rick Parks (TRF Pacific Leasing), and Kevin Wallace (Wallace Properties) will participate in a lively discussion guided by our own Lindsey Pflugrath about the issues facing retailers. The webinar will also touch on the topics of retailers relationships with lenders, supply chains and retail logistics after Coronavirus and ways Coronavirus will impact the role of eCommerce int he Greater Seattle Area.
