Aurelia Tunru Joins Cairncross & Hempelmann’s Corporate Finance & Business Transactions Team

We are excited to announce that Aurelia Tunru has joined the Corporate Finance & Business Transactions team.   Aurelia focuses her practice on advising private and public companies in legal matters relating to M&A transactions, commercial contracts, and corporate governance matters. She has assisted global companies such as Proctor & Gamble, Timken, and Polypore International, Inc., and has experience with stock and asset purchases with a transaction value of up to $12.5 billion.

Aurelia works with clients in a wide variety of industries, including consumer goods, specialty chemicals, and manufacturing. Prior to landing in Seattle, Aurelia practiced as a corporate associate at Jones Day in Cleveland, Ohio.
