The CH& Telecommunications team is comprised of members from a number of our practice areas, including Intellectual Property, Corporate Finance and Real Estate. We represent cable television companies, Internet service providers, radio paging companies, local exchange carriers and wireless communications companies. We have negotiated investments, mergers and acquisitions and taxation issues relating to cable television systems throughout the United States and paging and wireless telephone companies in North America and the former Soviet Union. In addition, we have represented both wireless and wireline companies in regulatory proceedings throughout the western United States.
