Jonathan brings nearly 20 years of experience in the high tech industries to his corporate finance and business practice. He joins CH&, of Counsel, after working at a boutique Seattle law firm serving biotechnology and high tech clients. In addition to his extensive experience in negotiating, managing strategic projects and getting deals done, Jonathan has a wide-range of experiences in counseling C-level corporate management on a variety of legal and strategic issues.
